I saw one case of the k-hole. I wonder why people take such big bumps. Most of those spoon necklaces they sell hold about 70mg per scoop. That is a lot more than required to have a good time on ket, imo. Dealing with some fallout comes with the territory of offering people a safe place to experiment...
