Bus Fusion - Cologne 29/06 operator?

Hi everyone!

I returned from Fusion to Cologne last Sunday 29/06 on a bus from Bassliner.
I forgot my wristbag with my wallet and camera inside. Bassliner is not being responsive, for what I am trying to investigate myself which was the bus operator or company they hired for that trip.
Does anyone know or remember? Any suggestions on how could I get it back?
