found a ticket, should i buy today?

hi fusioners!
i'm very new in the city, would love some insight just found a person who sells a ticket... confused about buyinng becauuse i heard it may not work on time with the post to send and get the ticket name changed.. and something about post strike... on the website the ticket/name policy seems pretty strict.
anyone has an idea?
if it's really risky i'll pass and try sunday i guess

express sendings still work and they are free today, check dhl site

so, if the person send the ticket plus storno formular with your name and email adress today with express to this adress

it could work and there is no risk for you, if it works you will get a pdf(e-ticket)
with that, you can buy a hardpaperticket at the botschaft in lärz
