Bassliner mit falschem Namen

Helloo,

eine Freundin hatte ein Basslinerticket, aber kann jetzt wegen eines Vorfalls doch nicht zur Fusion kommen. Das Bassliner-ticket hatten wir schon gedownloadet, deswegen kann man den Namen nicht mehr ändern.
Denkt ihr die lassen einen mitfahren, wenn der Name nicht stimmt, aber man trotzdem das Ticket hat und die Person, die die Tickets gebucht hat auch dabei ist?

Hey, I think at the departure spot they will be quite strict and maybe unqualified to fix you up. I also noticed with Flixbus that they are usually very busy and not up for fixing your problems as you might expect.

Maybe it's a good idea to call them using their contact page on their website tomorrow or email them to avoid problems. (Unless someone in this forum states otherwise of course).
