Shuttle Bus Lärz <=> Neustrelitz

Hi guys, I still struggle on finding a way back from fusion to berlin on Sunday 02.07 in the afternoon

I have to be in ZOB before 18:45 in order to get my bus
I wonder if I can use the combo Fusion => Neustrelitz (shuttle bus) => Berlin (train)
I am not from berlin and i have difficulties to find reliable informations on this..;

In your experience: is it reliable?
DO I Have to pay sthg for the shuttle?
how does it work?
is it like total chaos?

The shuttle leaves at the Fusion ZOB. It is reliable. BUT plan to be in the line at the ZOB for several hours. And you need something to cover your head if there’s sunshine and take care of enough water. There is no shadow. About 10 years ago we have been waiting in line for 2-3 hours. Just bring enough time and it works out really well. I think it’s 5€
