Hi,

Me and my friend Anders each won a ticket in the lottery, now he's I'll and unable to make it, which means that I'm get there without him, as he's the one with a drivers licence.

So my question is, can we bring a copy of his ID and get the ticket for a friend of mine that could drive in his place?

This is just possible if you already paid the Tickets.

If you own just the option to buy a ticket as an pdf-File it´s not possible to transfer it to another person...

Thank you for the swift reply. That is bad news indeed, as they are not paid yet. Which means that none of us will make it, which is a shame. A rather inflexible approach, but I guess it is in place to counter black-market trading...

Yes it is because of the blackmarket

But as you might have noticed the hole system had a serious crash and there might be some space for exceptions...which I sadly can not confirm...

I would say...try it...especially if you come from a different country I´ll guess, they won`t say that you have to drive back home...

BUT...these are just my two cents

Also there are many people here at the forum offering to sell their tickets in front of the area...but they offer it in german

Unresolved ticket issues will be resolved at the Botschaft (=Embassy).

You have paid your ticket but never got it?
You want to re-issue your ticket to a different name?
You are not able to print your PDF confirmation?

Please come to the BOTSCHAFT (see map) and we will resolve everything there. All you need is your ID-card or passport, if you have it your transcription number, a confirmation letter or simply a print of your email communication with us.

If you write to tickets [at] fusion-festival.de you will receive an Auto-Reply that hopefully helps to explain everything in more detail – we are very sorry but right now we are not able to answer all of your emails personally anymore, it's just too many!

The Botschaft opens Wednesday at 12:00 noon – you'll find it just opposite the main gate (see details below).

Please note: PDFs are not tickets and can't be re-issued for a different name – they are a personalized ticket buying option that will be useless if you can't come.
