das wird irre … bei 80.000 Gästen mit 25g Eigenbedarf sprechen wir über gesellige 2 Tonnen Weed für die 4 - 7 Tage … der Anreisebahnhof … zB Berlin Ostbahnhof wird in nette weiße Dämpfe gehüllt … die armen Zollhunde sind nach 7-8 Jahren Ausbildung arbeitslos oder müssen umschulen … ich vermute, es wird noch mal ein neues Gefühl von Offenheit werden … schaun wir mal … aber ich freu mich

Alle, die einen Führerschein besitzen, sollten dennoch vorsichtig sein, sonst droht Gutachtenerbringung, Fahrerlaubnisverlust + MPU, auch ohne das man am Straßenverkehr teilgenommen hat. Noch ist imho nicht raus, wie die Legalisierung sich darauf auswirkt.

Kann mir das gar nicht vorstellen wie krass das sein wird, wenn jeder einfach seinen Eigenbedarf ganz ohne Stress mitnehmen darf. Bye-Bye "Need Weed"-Schilder! Und dann kann man auch noch die Sorte einpacken, die man möchte und kriegt nicht irgendein random Kraut. Mit ganz viel Glück gibt's vielleicht sogar eine sinnvollere Führerscheinregelung bis dahin.

Hash is ok. Higher potent extracts remain forbidden.

well technically no one would be able to buy legal weed before autumn. Yes, there will be "Clubs", but those are only allowed to start growing from the 1st of July, so there will be at least 3 months till that is grown, dried and ready for distribution.

The law in germany atm only prohibits THC, the active ingredient. So any product containing it is illegal. This will however be changed it will be taken off the BtM-List, therefore hash should be legal to carry then as well. There are no legal ways to obtain it however, which is the biggest fail in this "legalisation IMO. I don't think you would get in trouble though, depends on the cops I guess.

mit Hasch würde ich aufpassen, 7,5g thc gilt immer noch als nicht geringe menge, sprich mit 25-30g kann man da dicht dran oder auch drüber kommen

Jippie, immer rein mit dem Zeug. Wird schon für irgendwas gut sein. Und Führerscheine gibt´s am Zeitungskiosk im Zehner-Abreissblock....
