How can I reverse this? I want to sell my ticket. I think it's on the automatic market now, but I can't use personalized codes

Because I tried selling to someone, entered their code and they left me hanging, now I can't tell, whether I have to rely on them paying or if I can maybe also withdraw after 24 hours or something.

Yeah, it says so on the site.

Care to share screenshot? Cause I definitely didn't have to wait 24 hours before being able to switch from automatic to personalized and there shouldn't be any differences between users I'd say.
