Hi,

Schuldigung für die Englishe Sprache, mein Deutch ist nicht so gut..

My english is a bit better, i hope i can make myself clear:

I'm looking for the address to send my (original) Fusion-ticket to, after having payed for the ticket twice.

When i arrived at the gate on thursday 27th, i discovered i had left my ticket at home. Studip me!

But the people at the gate were very kind, and after identifying myself, they could lookup my ticket number and sell me a replacement ticket, after paying another €80,-.

There, they told me that i could get this second payment back (or at least, the €70 without Müll Pfand) by sending my original ticket to the Kultur Kosmos office. They even wrote down the address on a piece of paper, but i lost this somewhere during the festival.

Is it true that i can get this 2nd payment back again?
What is the best thing i can do to do this?
Where should i send this ticket?

and coincidentally, I just found the piece of paper with the address again
appearantly I was smart enough (before the festival) to put is somewhere where I would find it again after the festival..

the address they had given me, is the postfach address.
so I'll be sending it there.

it also has a note saying that I should send it in before the 30th of july (!!)
