Hi lovely people!

One of our friends has a birthday during Fusion and we'd love to make it special. We're trying to come up with some fun ideas besides decorating the camp and bringing a dessert with candles Has anyone here celebrated birthday at Fusion before and organized something special? What did you do? Any traditions, surprises, activities or memorable moments?

Would love to hear your ideas and stories!

Personally, my birthday always falls during Fusion. For me, being able to celebrate there is the greatest gift of all. Everything is there, everything is perfect—decorated with the utmost love down to the tiniest detail. The best food, the people... and the music... Time seems to blur, and there have even been years when I didn't even realize it was my birthday—yet it was still the best birthday I could have ever dreamed of. From the bottom of my heart, I wish you all loads of fun, a wonderful birthday, and a magnificent Fusion.

Ich selber hab immer auf der Fusion Geburtstag. Für mich das größte Geschenk dort feiern zu können. alles ist da, alles ist perfekt, liebevollst dekoriert bis ins kleinste Detail. Bestes Essen, die Menschen... und die Musik... die Zeit verschwimmt und es gab schon Jahre in denen ich gar nicht gemerkt habe, dass ich Geburtstag habe und es war trotzdem der beste Geburtstag den ich mir hätte erträumen können. Ich wünsche euch von Herzen ganz viel Spaß, einen schönen Geburtstag und eine großartige Fusion.

In our group, someone occasionally has birthday (depending on how the dates of Fusion fall).

Naturally, there was a birthday cake and a birthday serenade.

But we also made the birthday boy a handmade card featuring little activities he could do with all or individual members of us while the Fusion.
These included things like:
- welcome drink / birthday drink
- a group photo
- climbing the Hangar at sunset or sunrise
- attending a specific concert or DJ set of his choice
- drinking a shot at bar / floor ....
- visiting a performance
- staying awake as long as hew wants to party
- bringing a coffee in the morning
- offering a warm shower (we were there with camping cars)
- charging the mobile
- a sound recommendation
- visit of the cinema
- Recommendation for a Food booth
- Keep a spot open on the dance floor
- makeup/glitter for the face
- sunscreen
- exploring walk around the festival area
- getting lost - being found
- ....

All redeemed "vouchers" were marked off with a paper punch.
