This year will be my first time ever at Fusion, and I'm really looking forward to it!

I was hoping to hear some of your stories, experiences, tips and trick about the festival.

Bring peppermint oil or cooling gel to massage your feet w/ before sleeping ...

Ear plugs are also a good idea. And, while not knowing where you're from (you might already know), the nights often get really cold; inland climate. So bring a good assortment of clothes for both scorching sun, cold, and -- hopefully not -- rain.

In regard to planning vs not planning, I'd say it's up to you. Some ppl are planners, such as myself, and like to have that frame as a starting point. Those prelimiary plans can still be derailed, or changed, and they usually more or less are. But that way the risk of f ex missing acts you really want to hear is minimized. Some prefer to take things as they come, and only go wherever their nose points at a given moment.

In addition to the above requests, which are highly important indeed, I also ask that you be mindful w/ excessive, loud talking on the dance floor, and if you smoke tobacco, that some are quite sensitive to the smoke & smell.

My top 3 things:
Definitely bring earplugs, and wear them at least on the floors — hearing is difficult to impossible to repair.
Bring two pairs of shoes and rotate them daily; this will make your feet hurt a lot less and is better for your shoes.
If you go out for the night, even if it is warm right now, bring one article of clothing that you can put on later — nothing sucks more than going back bc. you are freezing your ass off.
