Ticket Refund

Hi there ! Sorry i don't speak german so i will write in english.

I cancelled my ticket due to personnal issues about one month ago. My nominated is in the fusion festival now so my ticket has been bought.

I still didnt get my money back. I'm wondering when you are going to refund the ticket. Im sure managing ticket cancellation is a big job but i guess one month is plenty enough to do this.

Don't worry. This will take some time. I waited some weeks last year.
